PLACE Ministries is presenting a workshop to equip church leaders in volunteer ministry placement so they can connect God's people to meaningful ministry.

Workshop Format

The workshop consists of 3 major components and will provide you with a detailed plan to implement an intentional strategy for volunteer ministry placement in your church. 

 

1Self Discovery - You will be given the 5 PLACE assessments and learn how they are vital to the overall big picture in connecting God's people to meaningful ministry.

2. Connection Coaching 
- You will be equipped as a PLACE Connection Coach and receive the intensive training so that you can train others to carry out this role.

3. Ministry PLACEment
 - You will be given proven options to implement a ministry assimilation plan and given the necessary elements to implement a successful ministry placement strategy. In addition, you will be equipped to train a team of people to surround you as you implement your assimilation plan.
