Requirements

The spiritual PACE, a living, breathing vantage point that encourages you, — or better said, — motivates you to discover God’s purposeful vision for your life, is accomplished only one way. That way is by being born again, accepting Jesus Christ as your savior and beginning your spiritual journey.

It is recorded in history that upon landing the expedition on the coast of Florida, Fernando DeSoto, the explorer, sent a group of his trusted men back to torch the ships. Dazed and bewildered his men on shore observed the blazing ships knowing all to well their lifeline; the only means of retreat was going up in smoke. But DeSoto was committed and wanted to ensure that his men were too. As the last smoldering ship sank into the horizon, DeSoto announced, “Gentlemen, you are home.”

Requirements for Establishing a Purposeful Vision

Accepting and believing in Jesus Christ: “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life”.

Count the cost and be willing to sacrifice: “Suppose one of you wants to build a tower. Will he not first sit down and estimate the cost to see if he has enough money to complete it”

“In the same way, any of you who does not give up everything he has cannot be my disciple”.

Commit to the sovereign authority of God: “The Lord Almighty has sworn, surely, as I have planned, so it will be, and as I have purposed, so it will stand”.

Seek His universal will and purpose: “And he made known to us the mystery of his will according to his good pleasure, which he purposed in Christ, to be put into effect when the times will have reached their fulfillment-to bring all things in heaven and on earth together under one head, even Christ”.

Seek His will and purpose for your life: “Be very careful, then how you live-not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil. Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the Lord’s will is”).

Commit to His plan for your life: “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future”.

Put His plan into action: “Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says”.

Seek His will and purpose for your life. Commit to His plan for your life. Put His plan into action.
