As great as PLACE resources are for training leaders to teach PLACE there is nothing like attending workshop with Jay McSwain and a small group of others desiring to learn how to effectively teach and implement the PLACE process. Jay has taught PLACE well over 1000 times since starting the ministry in 1998. And he regularly says he is continuing to learn how to more effectively teach and lead PLACE at his own church while where he serves as the Pastor of Discipleship along with the privilege has to train and equip other churches from around the country.
In the training that Jay provides in our two day workshops he will show you how to remove what took him years to learn through trial and error get out of the gate immediately in being effective launching PLACE within your church. Recently Jay shared with his church staff the types of people he sees attending PLACE and how to effectively both equip and minister to those people. And he believes those types of individuals attending his church are reflective of those attending churches all accross America.
